Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Shahid Matangini Hazra Government General Degree College For Women was established in July 2018. The IQAC is functional in planning and implementation of academic and infrastructural upgrades. The members of IQAC hold meetings to plan overall development of the college and suggest the means of implementing these plans. It looks over the academic and general administrative affairs within the ambits of UGC and University guidelines. It takes into account individual teachers’ performance in both curricular and extra-curricular areas for their career advancement.

The IQAC at Shahid Matangini Hazra Government General Degree College for Women serves as an important link between academic and the broader social environment. Through fostering collaboration and synergy, the IQAC meaningfully contributes to the enhancement of our institutional goals.
