Strategic Plan:

The Coordinator, IQAC, Secretary, Teachers' Council, Departmental Heads, and other senior staff members work with the Principal of the College to monitor the different academic and administrative operations of the college. The Teachers' Council established a number of subcommittees to assist the institution in effectively implementing its strategic objectives and policies. In accordance with the standards established by the Higher Education Department, University Grants Commission, and the affiliated University, the Principal also consults the Governing Body while developing and implementing policy plans. All stakeholders are encouraged to actively participate in implementing the strategies and provide insightful feedback under this style of governance. The College records recommendations and input from key stakeholders, including parents and students, on all aspects of the institute's functioning and then assesses it to determine its future course of action. The non-teaching staff members contribute to the institution's smooth and organized operation.

1. Regular meetings have been conducted by the IQAC, Teachers’ Council, different sub-committee and the departments.
2. Feedback is collected regularly from the stakeholders of the institution.
3. Alumni meetings have been arranged.
4. Mentorship programme has been introduced for all students across all the departments.
5. Internal Assessments have been conducted periodically for academic evaluation of students.
6. Academic Audit has been done in every session by the Academic Audit Sub-committee headed by the Principal.
7. The Principal has interacted with the Head and other faculty members of the departments to decide upon all matters concerning the Department.
8. Heads of the Departments monitor the academic and administrative matters of each department on a regular basis.
9. Seminars, webinars and workshops have been organized by the departments regularly.
10. Remedial classes have been organized for slow learners.
11. Introduction of Value Added Courses in some subjects.
12. Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with other institutions like Haldia Govt College, Tamralipta Mahavidyalaya to organize Under Graduate classes collaboratively.
13. Awareness Programmes have been organized on various themes of social importance to make the students informed and sensitive individuals equipped to face the challenges of the world.
14. Encouraging the use of computer-aided technology in the College library and Office.
15. NSS activities help to build a strong sense of social commitment towards improving the neighborhood community.

Perspective plans:

1. Construction of new buildings to provide more academic space.
2. Further enrichment of the College Library through textbooks, reference books, educational CDs, e-books etc.
3. Construction of Language Laboratory.
4. Provision for an auditorium with acoustics.
5. Construction of a Cheap Store.
6. Upgradation of laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
7. Purchasing more computers for the college
